The second edition of the international programme starts in February 2027

Learning Tracks

Three learning tracks. One goal: Better Work.

Workplace challenges rarely have simple solutions. High workloads, declining motivation and ongoing change call for a better understanding of how work affects people and performance.

Grounded in the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) model, Designing Better Work helps you turn scientific insights into practical approaches for improving work.

Choose the learning journey that matches your ambitions:

  • Essentials – Understand: Recognise what drives stress, energy and motivation at work, and explore what could help.

  • Facilitator – Activate: Help others understand their work, guide meaningful conversations and inspire action.

  • Practitioner – Design: Investigate workplace challenges, develop evidence-based improvements and become a certified Workdesigner.

Whether you're looking for fresh insights or want to develop your professional practice, there's a track to help you move forward.
